This Cookie Policy explains how Voxe Desk ("Voxe Desk," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage, scripts, pixels, and similar technologies in connection with voxedesk.com and our related services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We and providers supporting specific functions may use these technologies to operate and secure the services, remember choices, provide customer support, understand performance, and attribute referrals. A provider receives information only for the applicable function; not every provider or technology is used on every page or deployment.
1. What these technologies are
- Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends, while persistent cookies remain until their configured expiration or deletion.
- Local and session storage allow a website or script to store limited information in a browser. Session storage typically lasts for the browser-tab session.
- Scripts and software development kits provide functions such as chat, consent management, analytics, referral attribution, and interactive features.
- Pixels and similar technologies may record events such as a page view, interaction, or completed signup. We do not currently use advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising.
First-party technologies are set by voxedesk.com. Third-party technologies are provided by another service whose own terms and privacy notice may also apply.
2. Technologies we use
Strictly necessary and security
These technologies support authentication, session management, account security, fraud prevention, load and request handling, and consent preferences. They include the session cookie used to keep an account signed in and security technologies used to protect login and account functions. Blocking them may prevent parts of the services from working.
Preferences and functionality
These technologies remember choices and interface state. For example, the application may use a short-lived preference cookie to remember whether a navigation sidebar is open. CookieYes may store consent choices on the production website.
Customer support and chat
Chatwoot and related scripts may support our website chat, preserve a chat session, and provide relevant page context to the support team. Page context may include the page title, current and starting page URLs, referrer, page type, and update time. On our own website, authenticated support context may also include account email, plan, and trial status. A browser tab may store the page where a chat began for the duration of that tab session.
Customers embedding a Voxe-powered widget on their own websites are responsible for providing any notices and choices required for their visitors. The technologies used by a customer's connected or self-managed helpdesk may differ from those used on voxedesk.com.
Analytics, performance, and monitoring
Where enabled, Vercel Analytics may help us understand page usage and performance. Sentry may process diagnostic and performance events to help us identify errors and protect reliability. These tools may receive technical information such as page or request details, device or browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic events. Sentry session replay is not enabled in the current Voxe configuration.
Referral and affiliate attribution
ReferralRocket may use cookies or browser storage to remember a referral and attribute a signup or purchase to an affiliate. This information is used to operate and measure the referral program, not to sell personal information.

4. Legal basis and consent
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, strictly necessary technologies are used to provide a requested service, perform our contract, or pursue legitimate interests in security and reliable operation. We request consent before using non-essential technologies where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. How to manage cookies and similar technologies
Where available, use our consent banner or settings tool to manage non-essential technologies. You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Browser controls vary by product and version; consult your browser's help documentation for current instructions.
Blocking all cookies may sign you out, prevent the consent tool from remembering your choice, or stop account, security, chat, and preference features from working. Some scripts or server-side processing may not be controlled solely through browser cookie settings.
6. Do Not Track and privacy preference signals
Browsers do not currently provide a uniform "Do Not Track" standard, so the services may not respond to every Do Not Track signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported opt-out preference signal, we will treat that signal in accordance with the law and the capabilities of the relevant service.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, the services, or applicable law. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method where required.
