WooCommerceWooCommerce integration

Your store, answering for itself.

Connect WooCommerce and your AI support agent stops guessing. It answers from your live catalog, finds a shopper's own order once they prove the email on it, and completes the changes you allow — while a person picks up everything else.

14-day trial with Business features included. Available on BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE plans.

Catalog intelligence

Let shoppers ask the way they actually talk.

Nobody searches like a database. Voxe reads the intent behind the question, queries your published WooCommerce products, and answers with what is genuinely available right now.

  • Understands loose intent

An occasion and a budget is enough. Voxe narrows your catalog instead of dumping a category page on the shopper.

  • Never invents stock

Only published products, with the stock status and variation counts WooCommerce reports at that moment.

  • No verification needed

Catalog questions are open. Nobody has to prove anything to browse, so the conversation stays quick.

Order #1482 was placed on 4 March for $214.00 and is still processing. Nothing is marked shipped yet, so there is no tracking on it. I will tell you the moment that changes.

Processing

Voxe reports only the shipment evidence WooCommerce stores on the order. If more than one order matches, it asks for a number or date instead of guessing.

Order intelligence

“Where is my order?”, answered properly.

The most common question in ecommerce support is also the easiest to get wrong. Voxe answers it from the actual order, and only for the person who can prove the order is theirs.

  • The chat email is never proof

A six-digit code goes to the address on the order and is entered on a secure Voxe page, never typed into chat.

  • Only their own orders

Voxe releases details for orders that belong to the verified mailbox, and nothing else in your store.

  • Honest about what it sees

If no tracking has been written to the order, Voxe says so rather than inventing a delivery estimate.

Protected actions

It can change the order. Under your rules, not on request.

Asking politely in a chat window is not authorisation. Every action walks the same path, and any step that cannot be established ends the automation instead of the order.

I typed the wrong apartment number. Can you fix my shipping address?

  1. Verify the shopper

  2. Find their order

  3. Check your rules

  4. Secure confirmation

  5. Recheck before writing

  6. Update and read back

Shipping address updated on order #1482

Still processing with no tracking recorded, inside your status and age rules. Voxe rechecked immediately before writing, then read the saved address back to confirm it matches what the shopper confirmed.

Every protected action needs a verified shopper, an eligible order, a secure confirmation, and a fresh recheck immediately before the write. Bank settlement is never claimed.

AI and people

Automation while it works. A person the moment it should not.

The handoff is the part most tools get wrong. In Voxe the shopper never starts again: the same thread continues, and your teammate opens it with everything already attached.

  • Asking for a person always works

No loops, no insisting the bot tries again. An explicit request is honoured immediately.

  • Uncertainty escalates, it does not retry

If Voxe cannot confirm an outcome, the conversation goes to your team rather than risking a second write.

  • One inbox, one history

Your team works the same conversation the AI did, in the Voxe helpdesk, with nothing to reconstruct.

Merchant control

Your AI does not decide its own permissions. You do.

Connecting a store grants nothing on its own. Each protected action has its own rule, and the limits you save are the limits enforced on every request.

Order age accepts 1 to 2160 hours. Only the statuses shown are selectable per action, and your settings can narrow automation further — never widen it past the checks Voxe already requires.

Five tools. You pick which ones exist.

Each one is switched on per store, and the protected ones need a rule as well. Here is exactly what each will and will not do.

  • Search WooCommerce products

Published products, prices, stock status and variation counts. No verification needed.

    Open
  • Look up verified WooCommerce order

One order at a time, belonging to the verified mailbox. Read only.

  • Change verified WooCommerce shipping address

The order's shipping address only. Never a carrier label, a shipment in transit or a saved account address.

  • Cancel verified WooCommerce order

Unpaid orders only. Paid, processing, on-hold, completed and refunded orders go to your team.

  • Refund verified WooCommerce order

  • Human handoff

Always available, and the destination for anything Voxe cannot finish safely.

    Always on

What it will not do

  • Returns are not automated for WooCommerce. There is no return-request or return-status tool, so those conversations reach your team.
  • Voxe sees the evidence WooCommerce stores on the order. Warehouse, 3PL or carrier activity that is never written to the order is invisible to it.
  • No carrier labels are edited, no shipment in transit is rerouted, and no saved account address is changed.
  • A recorded refund is not proof that funds reached a bank or card account.
  • There is no customer-directory tool, so Voxe cannot browse your customer list.
  • Cash on delivery, bank transfer and cheque orders are never refunded automatically.

WooCommerce questions, answered

What can Voxe access in my store?

Only the tools you enable, through the REST API key you provide: published products for catalog questions, and a verified shopper's own orders for order questions. Protected actions additionally need their own rule turned on. There is no customer-directory tool.

Does the customer have to prove who they are?

For anything order-specific, yes. Voxe emails a six-digit code to the address on the order and the shopper enters it on a secure Voxe page. The email in the chat window is never accepted as proof, and codes are never requested in chat.

Can Voxe change or cancel an order?

Only the actions you enable, and only while the order still qualifies: shipping-address changes, cancellation of unpaid orders, and refunds of the remaining amount. Each needs a verified shopper, an eligible order, a secure confirmation, and a fresh recheck immediately before the change is written.

Can Voxe handle returns?

Not for WooCommerce. There is no return-request or return-status tool, so return conversations are routed to your team. Refunds are separate and can be automated within your limits.

What happens when it cannot safely finish?

It stops and hands the conversation to a person with the full context. It does not retry a risky write, and it does not report success it cannot confirm. If WooCommerce accepts a change but Voxe cannot verify the saved result, the outcome is flagged as uncertain for your team.

Does this replace my support team?

No. Voxe handles the repeatable work and escalates the rest into the same helpdesk your team already uses, with the verified mailbox, the order and the whole thread attached. An explicit request for a person is always honoured.

How do I connect my store?

Add the store URL and a WooCommerce REST API Consumer Key and Secret in Dashboard → Integrations → Business Data, choose your tools, then enable a rule for each protected action. A Read key covers questions; any protected action needs Read/Write. The setup guide covers permissions and troubleshooting.
