Document Counts and File Size Limits

Limits depend on your subscription tier. Defaults below match the product feature matrix; your account may use custom Tier limits configured by your organization.

Per tier (default limits):

• FREE: 1 knowledge base, 10 documents total, up to 5 MB per file
• STARTER: 2 knowledge bases, 50 documents total, up to 10 MB per file
• TEAM: 5 knowledge bases, 100 documents total, up to 25 MB per file
• BUSINESS: 25 knowledge bases, 1,000 documents total, up to 100 MB per file
• ENTERPRISE: Unlimited knowledge bases and documents, up to 500 MB per file
