- Wait for the status indicator to reach COMPLETED before testing

File size limits by plan: 5 MB (FREE) · 10 MB (STARTER) · 25 MB (TEAM) · 100 MB (BUSINESS) · 500 MB (ENTERPRISE)
Tips for better results:
- Text-heavy formats (TXT, MD, DOCX) tend to extract more cleanly than scanned PDFs
- If a scanned PDF uploads but the AI ignores it, the text layer may be missing — try a text-selectable PDF or convert to DOCX first
- For structured data (prices, specs, FAQs), CSV or a well-formatted DOCX often works better than a dense PDF
