What counts as an API call:

  • AI model requests (each message the chatbot generates a response to)
  • Knowledge base embedding (when documents are processed and indexed)
  • Retrieval operations (each time the AI searches your knowledge base during a conversation)

Monthly limits reset on your subscription renewal date.

What happens when you reach the limit:

Your chatbot will stop responding to new messages until you either add credits or your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. Active conversations may be interrupted, so it's worth monitoring usage as you approach the limit.

Top-Up System:

If you're running low mid-month, you can purchase additional credits from DashboardBillingAdd Credits. Credits are applied to your account instantly and consumed first before your plan's monthly allowance. They do not expire at the end of the billing cycle — unused credits carry over.
