Subscription Tiers and Default Limits
Voxe uses subscription tiers: FREE, STARTER, TEAM, BUSINESS, and ENTERPRISE. The limits below are the defaults in the product configuration. Your live account may differ if an administrator has stored custom rows in the Tier limits database table.
FREE: 1 demo, 2 workflows, 1 knowledge base, 10 documents, 1 integration slot, 1 helpdesk agent, 1,000 API calls/month, 5 MB max file size
STARTER: 2 demos, 5 workflows, 2 knowledge bases, 50 documents, 2 integrations, 2 helpdesk agents, 5,000 API calls/month, 10 MB max file size
TEAM: 5 demos, 10 workflows, 5 knowledge bases, 100 documents, 3 integrations, 3 helpdesk agents, 10,000 API calls/month, 25 MB max file size
BUSINESS: 25 demos, 50 workflows, 25 knowledge bases, 1,000 documents, 10 integrations, 5 helpdesk agents, 100,000 API calls/month, 100 MB max file size
ENTERPRISE: Unlimited demos, workflows, knowledge bases, documents, integrations, and helpdesk agents; unlimited API calls; 500 MB max file size
Integration tiles by plan (matches the Integrations dashboard):
- FREE (trial active): Helpdesk Setup, Chat Widget, Helpdesk Agent, Calendar, Business Data; not MCP
- FREE (trial expired): Helpdesk Setup only until upgrade
- STARTER: Helpdesk Setup, Chat Widget, Helpdesk Agent
- TEAM and BUSINESS: Adds Calendar and Business Data Integrations
- ENTERPRISE: Adds MCP Client; unlimited resources as described for the ENTERPRISE row above
