How to Connect WooCommerce

Let your AI look up orders, customers, and products from your WooCommerce store

The WooCommerce integration gives your AI access to your store data during support conversations. The AI never guesses — it looks up the actual order or customer record and gives a real answer.

What the AI can look up

  • Order status — "Where is my order?", "What's the status of order #123?"
  • Purchase history — "What have I bought?", "My last order"
  • Customer account details — address, account activity
  • Product information — stock availability, descriptions (if product tools are enabled)

The AI asks for the customer's email address if needed to find their account, then retrieves and summarizes the information in plain language.

How to connect WooCommerce

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
  2. Select the workflow for this store
  3. Choose WooCommerce
  4. Enter your store URL and WooCommerce REST API credentials (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API)
  5. Select which tools to enable (Customers, Orders, Products)
  6. Save, then enable the integration in Your Integrations
