System messages are the prompt templates that shape how your AI replies — tone, policies, when to use tools, and escalation rules.

  • Go to DashboardSystem Messages
  • Open the message linked to your demo or workflow
  • Edit the content and save

Important:

  • Large changes can affect quality and compliance; review after editing
  • Some changes may require restarting or re-activating the workflow to take full effect in automation
  • When Business Data or MCP Client integrations are enabled, the workflow’s instructions include extra sections so the model knows which tools exist — keep those sections consistent with how you want the AI to behave
