System Messages
System messages are the prompt templates that shape how your AI replies — tone, policies, when to use tools, and escalation rules.
- Go to Dashboard → System Messages
- Open the message linked to your demo or workflow
- Edit the content and save
Important:
- Large changes can affect quality and compliance; review after editing
- Some changes may require restarting or re-activating the workflow to take full effect in automation
- When Business Data or MCP Client integrations are enabled, the workflow’s instructions include extra sections so the model knows which tools exist — keep those sections consistent with how you want the AI to behave
