Viewing Workflow Logs

Workflow logs record every execution cycle and are the fastest way to diagnose unexpected behavior.

  • Open your workflow
  • Click View Logs
  • Review the execution history — each entry shows timestamp, status, and any error output

What to look for:

  • Repeated errors at the same step: usually points to a misconfigured integration credential or a missing knowledge base link
  • Successful executions with no AI reply: check that the workflow status is ACTIVE and the connected inbox is receiving messages correctly
  • Slow execution times: may indicate high retrieval load — consider reducing the retrieval limit or splitting large knowledge bases

If the log shows an error code from an external service (e.g. Shopify, HubSpot), check that the API credentials are still valid and haven't been revoked.
