Integration Issues
Problem: "Connection test failed"
Solutions:
- Verify API credentials are correct
- Check base URL is correct (no trailing slash)
- Ensure API token has proper permissions
- Verify network connectivity
- Check if service is experiencing downtime
Problem: Integration shows "ERROR" status
Solutions:
- Test connection again
- Verify credentials haven't expired
- Check integration configuration
- Review integration logs
- Recreate integration if necessary
Problem: MCP Client or Business Data tile is locked
Solutions:
- MCP Client requires ENTERPRISE
- Business Data requires TEAM or BUSINESS (or an active FREE trial)
- Calendar requires TEAM or above (or an active FREE trial)
- After trial expiry on FREE, only Helpdesk Setup remains — upgrade to restore other tiles
Problem: MCP save fails with “workflow is missing required MCP setup”
Solutions:
- The workflow must be fully provisioned with automation; wait for demo/workflow creation to finish or contact support if the field never appears
- Pick a different workflow that is already active and eligible for MCP setup
Problem: MCP fields show __REDACTED__
Solutions:
- Expected after save — secrets are not shown again
- Leave them unchanged to keep stored credentials; enter new values only when rotating secrets
Problem: Helpdesk agent inbox assignment is disabled or returns an error
Solutions:
- Ensure the agent accepted the Chatwoot invite email and finished signup (password is set by them in Chatwoot, not in Voxe)
- Refresh Manage Collaborators or reopen Helpdesk Agent Setup so Voxe can sync their Chatwoot user
- Use the agent’s real email in Invite Agent — avoid plus-address aliases if the invite must match their login
