Support levels by plan

  • FREE / STARTER — community support via the contact form
  • TEAM — email support with standard response times
  • BUSINESS — priority email support
  • ENTERPRISE — dedicated account manager with direct access

How to reach support

Use the Contact Support link in the help center or the in-app feedback option in the dashboard.

What to include in your message

The more specific your message, the faster the team can help. Include:

  • Your account email and subscription tier
  • The name of the affected support chat or workflow
  • What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
  • The exact text of any error messages you saw (copy-paste, don't paraphrase)
  • Your browser and operating system (for UI issues)
  • Any workflow log entries related to the issue (copy the relevant lines)

Reporting bugs or requesting features

Use the contact form or in-app feedback option. The more specific your description, the faster the team can act on it.
