I Can't Log In to My Account
Fix login failures and email verification problems
Wrong email or password
Double-check you're using the correct email address. If you've forgotten your password:
- On the login page, click Forgot password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions
Email not verified
If you created your account but never clicked the verification link, you won't be able to log in. On the login page, look for an option to Resend verification email, then check your inbox (including spam/junk) and click the link.
Google sign-in not working
If you signed up with Google and the login isn't working, make sure you're clicking Sign in with Google and selecting the same Google account you used to register. VoxeDesk uses your Google account's identity — there's no separate VoxeDesk password unless you added one in Profile → Change Password.
Too many failed login attempts
After multiple incorrect password attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password to unlock immediately.
Still can't log in
Contact support with your account email and a description of the error message you're seeing. Do not share your password with anyone.
