Understanding Your Dashboard
Navigate the VoxeDesk dashboard and find what you need
After logging in, your dashboard gives you a live view of your account and quick access to everything you need.
Dashboard sections
- Overview statistics — shows counts for your support chats, active workflows, contacts, and knowledge bases at a glance
- Quick actions — shortcuts to create a new support chat, manage workflows, and upload documents
- Left sidebar navigation — your main menu:
- Integrations — connect your Help Desk, chat widget, calendar, and business tools
- Workflows — manage the AI automation behind each support chat
- System Messages — view and edit the AI instruction templates
- Knowledge Bases — upload and manage your document libraries
- Usage — track your API call consumption for the current month
- Profile and billing — accessible from your account menu (top of the sidebar)
Creating a support chat
The "Create New support chat" button on your dashboard home is where you build a new AI chatbot from your website URL. This is the starting point for everything in VoxeDesk.
