Document Counts and File Size Limits by Plan

The number of knowledge bases, total documents, and maximum file size per upload depends on your subscription plan. The defaults are listed below. Your account may use custom limits if configured by your organization.

Default limits by plan

• FREE: 1 knowledge base · 10 documents total · 5 MB max per file
• STARTER: 2 knowledge bases · 50 documents total · 10 MB max per file
• TEAM: 5 knowledge bases · 100 documents total · 25 MB max per file
• BUSINESS: 10 knowledge bases · 1,00 documents total · 100 MB max per file
• ENTERPRISE: Unlimited knowledge bases and documents · 500 MB max per file

Checking your current usage

Go to Dashboard → Usage to see how many documents you've used and what's remaining on your plan.
