How the Free Trial Works
What the 14-day trial includes, what happens when it ends, and how to upgrade
Every new VoxeDesk account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
What the trial includes
During your trial, your account unlocks the same features as paid tiers:
- Chat Widget and Smart Page Context
- Calendar integration
- Business Data integrations (WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Help Desk Agent Setup
The only exception: MCP Client remains ENTERPRISE-only even during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends
If you haven't upgraded, your account reverts to the FREE tier:
- Most integrations are locked (Chat Widget, Calendar, Business Data, Smart Page Context)
- Only Help Desk Setup remains accessible
- Support chats, workflows, and knowledge bases you created are preserved but may be limited by FREE tier caps
You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial expires.
How to upgrade
You can upgrade at any time — during or after the trial — from Dashboard → Billing or Dashboard → Pricing. Upgraded features activate immediately.
