ENTERPRISE

• Unlimited support chats, workflows, knowledge bases, documents, integration slots, and Help Desk agents
• Unlimited API calls, 500 MB max file size
• All integrations including MCP Client

What counts toward limits

• Support chats — each active chatbot you've created
• Workflows — each automation engine (one per support chat, usually)
• Knowledge bases — each document library
• Documents — total across all knowledge bases
• Integration slots — each row under Your Integrations
• API calls — AI requests, document embeddings, and knowledge base searches (see API Call Limits and Top-Ups for details)
