How to View Your Usage

Go to Dashboard → Usage to see a live view of your account's consumption for the current billing period.

What you'll see

• API Calls This Month — how many AI requests have been made this billing cycle, compared to your plan's monthly limit
• AI Model Usage — a breakdown of requests by model type for the current period
• Spend — your estimated cost for the month based on usage
• Trial Status — if your trial is active, the number of days remaining is shown here

When to check usage

Check the Usage page regularly if you're running a high volume of conversations. If you're approaching your monthly API call limit, you can add credits from Dashboard → Billing → Add Credits to continue without interruption, or upgrade your plan to permanently increase your limit.
