Business Data Integrations Overview

From Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations, you connect one provider per workflow so the AI can call real tools instead of guessing.

Availability: TEAM and BUSINESS, and FREE accounts during the active trial. Not shown on the dashboard for expired FREE accounts.

Supported providers (each has its own setup article below):

• WooCommerce — orders, customers, products
• Shopify — orders, customers, products
• HubSpot — contacts, deals, companies, tickets
• Salesforce — contacts, leads, opportunities, accounts
• Pipedrive — deals, organizations, contacts, pipeline

Setup pattern:

• Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
• Pick the workflow (demo) that should own this connection
• Choose the provider and enter credentials
• Enable the tools or operations you want exposed to the model
• Save, then enable the integration under Your Integrations

Credentials are stored for automation use; follow your security policies for rotating keys and tokens.
