Integration Types and Plan Access
Open Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration to see everything available to your account.
What each integration does
- Helpdesk Setup: Connect Voxe’s helpdesk (Chatwoot) or a custom helpdesk for routing and human handoff
- Chat Widget Script: Embeddable script so visitors can chat on your own website
- Helpdesk Agent Setup: Invite agents by email and assign them to inboxes after they accept
- Calendar Integration: Google Calendar and similar (scheduling)
- Business Data Integrations: Native CRM and commerce tools (WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) scoped per workflow
- MCP Client: Connect a user-hosted MCP server to a workflow (ENTERPRISE)
Who can use what (dashboard rules)
- FREE — active trial: Helpdesk Setup, Chat Widget, Helpdesk Agent, Calendar, and Business Data are available in the UI; MCP Client stays on ENTERPRISE only
- FREE — trial ended: Helpdesk Setup only (upgrade or start a trial to unlock the rest)
- STARTER: Helpdesk Setup, Chat Widget, Helpdesk Agent
- TEAM: Adds Calendar and Business Data Integrations
- BUSINESS: Same as TEAM for these integration types (higher limits apply — see Integration slot limits)
- ENTERPRISE: Adds MCP Client
The server also enforces limits (integration count, capabilities). If something is greyed out, use Upgrade or check Usage.
