One-Click Automatic Connection
When you create a demo, Voxe provisions the core stack so your chatbot can talk to customers and your team can take over when needed:
- Helpdesk (Chatwoot): Inbox and routing so conversations reach your team when needed
- Workflow: Automation that connects the demo, AI, and helpdesk
A Voxe Helpdesk (ChatVoxe) integration creates the Chatwoot owner via the Platform API and stores the access token securely. From Dashboard → Integrations, use Open Helpdesk next to that integration to sign in with a Platform login link — you do not copy an API token or set an owner password inside Voxe during provisioning.
After that, you manage everything from Dashboard → Integrations and Dashboard → Workflows.
Note: Optional integrations (chat widget, calendar, business data APIs, MCP) are added separately and depend on your plan or trial status.
