Calendar Integration

The Calendar integration lets your AI check real-time availability and book meetings directly inside a support or sales conversation — without the customer leaving the chat. When a customer asks to schedule a call or demo, the AI handles the booking end-to-end and a confirmation (with a meeting link) is sent automatically.
What you can configure after connecting:
- Business hours and closed days
- Holiday dates and blackout periods
- Buffer time between meetings
- Maximum bookings per day
Supported calendar: Google Calendar (OAuth). Outlook Calendar is on the roadmap.
Setup:
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Calendar Integration
- Complete the Google OAuth flow — you will be redirected to Google’s consent screen to authorize access
- After success, your calendar appears under Your Integrations and the workflow’s scheduling tools are activated
Troubleshooting OAuth failures:
- Ensure the Google Calendar API is enabled in your Google Cloud project
- Check that the Google account granting access has calendar edit permissions
- If the URL shows an error code after redirect, note it and contact support — do not retry more than twice, as repeated failures may require a new OAuth session
