Chat Widget Script

Availability: STARTER and above, and FREE accounts while the 14-day trial is active (trial ended FREE accounts see an upgrade prompt).

• Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations
• Click Add Integration → Chat Widget Script
• Select:
• Demo: Choose which demo's chatbot to embed
• Position: Left or right side of screen
• Type: Standard or expanded bubble
• Click Copy Script
• Paste the script into your website's HTML (typically before the closing </body> tag)

The widget connects visitors to the same workflow and helpdesk routing as that demo.
