Integration Slot Limits
Each row under Your Integrations counts toward your plan’s max integrations (unless your account uses custom database tier limits).
Default slot limits:
- FREE: 1
- STARTER: 2
- TEAM: 3
- BUSINESS: 10
- ENTERPRISE: Unlimited
Helpdesk agents use a separate limit (max helpdesk agents): FREE 1, STARTER 2, TEAM 3, BUSINESS 5, ENTERPRISE unlimited (defaults).
If creation fails with a tier error, remove an unused integration or upgrade your plan.
