My Support Chat Won't Create
Fix errors and timeouts that prevent a new support chat from being created
The creation process failed or timed out
- Make sure your website URL is publicly accessible. VoxeDesk needs to read your site to build the knowledge base. Password-protected sites, staging environments, or URLs that require login will fail.
- Check that your site has enough content. A single-page site with minimal text may not provide enough for the AI to work from. Try a URL with at least a few pages of content.
- Try again after a few minutes. Occasionally the system is under high load. Wait 2–3 minutes and try the creation again.
- Contact support if the creation fails consistently on a public, content-rich website.
"Tier limit exceeded" error
Your plan allows a limited number of support chats. If you've hit the limit:
- Go to Dashboard → Usage to see your current support chat count and plan limit
- Delete an unused support chat to free up a slot
- Or upgrade your plan from Dashboard → Billing
