Connect your store or CRM so the AI can look up real customer data in chat

Business Data integrations let your AI answer questions using live data from your store or CRM — instead of guessing. When a customer asks about their order, the AI looks it up in real time and gives a factual answer.

Supported platforms

  • WooCommerce — orders, customers, products
  • Shopify — orders, customers, products
  • HubSpot — contacts, deals, companies, support tickets
  • Salesforce — contacts, leads, opportunities, accounts
  • Pipedrive — deals, leads, organizations, contacts, pipeline

How to connect a Business Data integration

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
  2. Select the workflow (support chat) that should have access to this data
  3. Choose your platform and enter the required credentials
  4. Select which data types and operations to expose to the AI
  5. Save, then enable the integration under Your Integrations

Each workflow can have its own connection — for example, if you run multiple brands, each support chat can connect to a different store.
