Integration Types and Plan Access

VoxeDesk offers several categories of integrations. Which ones appear in your dashboard depends on your subscription tier or trial status.

Available integrations

• Help Desk Setup — connect your Help Desk for human handoff and conversation routing (available on all plans)
• Chat Widget Script — embed the AI chatbot on your own website (STARTER and above, or active trial)
• Smart Page Context — give the AI awareness of which page a visitor is on (BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE, or active trial — not STARTER or TEAM)
• Help Desk Agent Setup — invite your team members and assign them to inboxes (STARTER and above, or active trial)
• Calendar Integration — let the AI book meetings directly in chat (TEAM, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE, or active trial)
• Business Data Integrations — connect WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive (TEAM, BUSINESS, or active trial)
• Shipment Tracking — let the AI look up shipment status in chat (TEAM, BUSINESS, or active trial)
• MCP Client — connect your own custom tool server (ENTERPRISE only)
