How to Set Up Shipment Tracking

The AI asks the customer for their tracking number or the email used at checkout to find the shipment, then summarizes the status in plain language.

How to set up Shipment Tracking

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
  2. Select the workflow that should have access to shipment data
  3. Choose Shipment Tracking from the provider list
  4. Enter the required credentials for your shipment tracking provider
  5. Select which operations to expose to the AI
  6. Save, then enable the integration in Your Integrations
