How to Connect Pipedrive
Let your AI look up Pipedrive deals, leads, organizations, and pipeline status
The Pipedrive integration connects your workflow to Pipedrive CRM. The AI can look up deals, leads, organizations, contacts (persons), activities, and pipeline stages — and update records after confirming with the customer.
What the AI can look up
- Deals — stage, value, next step, history
- Leads — lead status and details
- Organizations — company info, related deals and contacts
- Contacts — contact details, linked organizations and deals
- Activities and notes — tasks, calls, scheduled follow-ups
- Pipeline — stage names, deal movement
The AI never changes a deal stage or creates a record without first confirming with the user.
How to connect Pipedrive
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
- Select the workflow that should use Pipedrive
- Choose Pipedrive and add your API token (from Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API)
- Select which resources and operations to enable
- Save, then enable the integration in Your Integrations
