How to Connect Pipedrive

The Pipedrive integration connects your workflow to Pipedrive CRM. The AI can look up deals, leads, organizations, contacts (persons), activities, and pipeline stages — and update records after confirming with the customer.

What the AI can look up

  • Deals — stage, value, next step, history
  • Leads — lead status and details
  • Organizations — company info, related deals and contacts
  • Contacts — contact details, linked organizations and deals
  • Activities and notes — tasks, calls, scheduled follow-ups
  • Pipeline — stage names, deal movement

The AI never changes a deal stage or creates a record without first confirming with the user.

How to connect Pipedrive

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Business Data Integrations
  2. Select the workflow that should use Pipedrive
  3. Choose Pipedrive and add your API token (from Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API)
  4. Select which resources and operations to enable
  5. Save, then enable the integration in Your Integrations
