How to Set Up Your Help Desk

The Help Desk is where human conversations live. When the AI can't help a customer or a customer asks to speak with someone, the conversation is routed to your Help Desk inbox for your team to handle.

There are two ways to connect a Help Desk: using VoxeDesk's managed Help Desk, or connecting your own existing Help Desk.

Option 1: VoxeDesk managed Help Desk (recommended)

This is the fastest option. VoxeDesk creates and manages the Help Desk for you.

1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Help Desk Setup
2. Click Create Voxe Help Desk
3. VoxeDesk provisions the Help Desk, creates your owner account, and stores the access token securely — you don't need to copy API tokens or set passwords manually
4. In Your Integrations, click Open Help Desk next to your new integration to sign in instantly

Option 2: Connect your own Help Desk

If you already run your own Help Desk instance:

1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Help Desk Setup
2. Expand Connect Your Own Help Desk
3. Enter your Help Desk Base URL, Account ID, and API access token
4. Click Test Connection, then Save

After connecting
