How to Manage Your Integrations
Edit, deactivate, test, and delete integrations from your dashboard
All integrations are managed from Dashboard → Integrations → Your Integrations.
Actions available for each integration
- Edit — open the integration to update settings or credentials. Workflow-scoped integrations show which support chat they belong to.
- Test Connection — verify that the connection is working. Run this after any credential change.
- Activate / Deactivate — pause an integration without deleting it. Deactivating removes the integration from the workflow temporarily.
- Delete — permanently removes the integration. For MCP Client integrations, deletion also removes the stored credential.
Handling `__REDACTED__` fields
For MCP Client and other integrations that store sensitive credentials, secret fields are masked as __REDACTED__ after saving. Leave them unchanged if you want to keep existing credentials. Enter a new value only when rotating secrets.
What's next
