Integration Slot Limits by Plan

How many integration records you can create on each subscription plan

Each integration you create counts toward your plan's integration slot limit. If you reach the limit, you'll need to delete an existing integration or upgrade your plan before creating a new one.

Default slot limits

FREE: 1 integration slot
STARTER: 2 integration slots
TEAM: 3 integration slots
BUSINESS: 10 integration slots
ENTERPRISE: Unlimited

Help Desk agent limits (separate)

Agents in your Help Desk use a separate limit:

FREE: 1 agent
STARTER: 2 agents
TEAM: 3 agents
BUSINESS: 5 agents
ENTERPRISE: Unlimited

Checking your current usage

Go to Dashboard → Usage to see how many integration slots you've used and how many remain.
