How to Connect Google Calendar
Let your AI check availability and book meetings directly inside conversations
The Calendar integration lets your AI handle meeting booking end-to-end — without the customer leaving the chat. When a customer asks to schedule a call or demo, the AI checks your availability, proposes time slots, and confirms the booking. A calendar invite is sent automatically.
Availability: TEAM, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE, and active 14-day trials.
Supported calendar: Google Calendar (via OAuth). Outlook Calendar is on the roadmap.
How to connect Google Calendar
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Add Integration → Calendar Integration
- Click Connect Google Calendar
- You'll be redirected to Google's authorization page — sign in with the Google account that owns the calendar
- Grant the requested permissions and confirm
- You'll be redirected back to VoxeDesk. Your calendar now appears under Your Integrations and the workflow's scheduling tools are activated.
What you can configure after connecting
Once connected, open the calendar integration to configure your scheduling preferences. See Calendar Scheduling Settings for a full reference.
Troubleshooting connection failures
- The Google Calendar API must be enabled in the Google Cloud project associated with your Google account. If you see a "403 - Access Denied" error after redirecting, this is usually the cause.
- Use a Google account with calendar edit permissions. A view-only account won't work.
- If the redirect URL shows an error code, note the code and contact support. Do not retry the OAuth flow more than twice — repeated failed attempts may require starting a new connection session.
