Calendar Scheduling Settings

Configure your availability, business hours, and booking rules for AI-powered scheduling

After connecting Google Calendar, you can configure exactly when the AI can offer appointments and how bookings work. These settings are in Dashboard → Integrations → Your Integrations → [your calendar integration].

Business hours

Set the days and hours when you're available for bookings. The AI will only offer time slots within these hours.

  • Available days — select which days of the week you accept bookings
  • Start time / End time — the earliest and latest available appointment times each day
  • Timezone — set your local timezone so slots appear correctly for your location

Blackout periods

Dates when you are not available regardless of your regular business hours.

  • Closed days — recurring days off (e.g. every Sunday)
  • Holiday dates — specific calendar dates to block out (e.g. December 25)

Booking rules

  • Days ahead — how far in advance customers can book. For example, setting this to 7 means customers can only book within the next 7 days. Default: 30 days.
  • Slot duration — the length of each appointment in minutes. Default: 30 minutes.
  • Slot interval — the gap between available time slots. For example, a 15-minute interval with 30-minute slots means slots start at 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, etc. Default: 15 minutes.
  • Max slots shown — the maximum number of available slots offered to the customer at one time. Default: 5.

Buffer and capacity

  • Buffer time — minutes to block off before and after each meeting so you have time to prepare or wrap up. Default: 0 minutes.
  • Max bookings per day — the maximum number of appointments the AI can book on any single day. Leave blank for no limit.
  • Max bookings per week — the maximum number of appointments per week.

Google Meet

If your Google account supports Google Meet, a meeting link is automatically generated and included in the booking confirmation. No additional setup is needed.
